Be able to name the bank accounts we pay from so that if we have multiple bank accounts we don't have to remember the correct one based on the last 4 digits.

Have what you're paying for on everything. email that you have an invoice, page you click on to pay, email u receive stating you paid it.
Make sure everything shows what you're paying for. For example, the email you receive telling you that you have an invoice to pay should have what you're paying on it. The page you go to when you click the link to pay, has what it is on it, but that is the only one that does. Even the email that says you paid doesn't show what you paid for. All of them should state what you are paying/paid for.

As mentioned - I don't know any way to make this any easier to pay for your services. I wish more companies would do this too!!
