E-mail the invoice before the reminder one day before it is due. One day's notice with a threat of cutoff is not right.
My first notice of an invoice should not be the 'reminder' invoice that my service will be cut off in one day without receipt of payment. If you cannot send the initial invoice, provide an alternative automatic payment method. It must be one or the other...or I am going back to seviernet despite your two-year contact.

CONSOLIDATE QUESTIONS for accurate vote counts in Feedback. There are pages and pages of the same question/suggestions all with small numbers of votes. If you actually consolidate them together you will get an accurate account of the importance of the question.

Overdue invoice when original not received
We did not receive the original invoice only the overdue with late charge. The late charge should be waived when the invoice had not gone out timely or was not received.

additional colors
The colors offered, while nice, are limited - they don't match several of my client's logo color schemes. I would like additional color options to choose from so we can customize invoices, sales receipts, emails etc to reflect their branding

Enter a business/company name not a first/last name
I'm using a business checking account to pay a business invoice. The "name" on the check is not a firstname/lastname. Instead, it is the name of an LLC--imagine it says "My Company Name, LLC"
I entered "My Company Name" in the first name field and "LLC" in the last name field as it required me to have something in the field.
But once I select "business checking" the fields for entering a name should be a single field for the name of the business, not the first name/last name of an individual person.

Identifying the invoice
You can put the name of the person who is getting the gift card with the invoice. I ordered cards for 2 people at the same. I wasn't sure what charge matched which invoice.

The receipt is plain
The receipt is plain Jane and is difficult to distinguish between companies when I make payments online. It would be nice if, at the very least, the name of the company was emphasized or enlarged. The company I just paid had their logo in QBO, so it would've been nice to see that on the receipt so I know whose receipt it is just by looking at it.
