How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

International Zipcodes

please consider in y. program,that in countries outside the USA the Zipcode does not always consist of 5 digits, eg: ELGG, Switzerland= 8353. if not one has to outwit the program to be able to pay. Thanks

Yes, agreed. I'm in Australia and had to put an extra digit just to pay.
