Wave.com, a Quick Books competitor, generates invoices for payments due. Their email, like Quick Books, has a payment interface. However, the attached PDF also has an embedded payment interface. This allows the invoice to be paid by opening the saved or forwarded PDF without having to access the original message.

Very handy capability, especially if someone other than the recipient is making the payment.
