Allow automatic payments OR increase your grace period from 10 days to something more manageable like the industry standard of 30 days. Also, $50 fee if you are outside of the 10 days and the IDX feed is cut off? Seems like you guys are trying to profit off of not having auto pay and disrupting your clients IDX feeds. Not good business.

I am able to auto pay another service provider but that option does not exist with the latest, unless I am doing something wrong. This should be a recurring item when i receive an invoice.

This seems like such a "no brainer". Allow clients to schedule their payments on the date due via bank account or credit card. It's a win/win customers are always current and they don't have to worry about missing a payment. You can then quit bombing email accounts with payment reminders. I'm NOT inclind to allow your business to play the "float" with my funds, I can make better use of 14 days of interest.

Automatic payments were set up previously, i'd like to get this going again.
