Apply one credit card payment to multiple customers
We use Enterprise 2016. We have Several Customers who are unrelated and have separate accounts in our system. However, some customers use the same AP management company. These AP management companies will sometimes try to make one payment (either by check or credit card) and try to pay multiple Invoices for multiple customers with the one payment.
I would like to be able to have the ability to process one payment and split it between completely different customer accounts. (via check and/or credit card)8 votes -
Add ability to print remittance advice for vendor to match against open invoices
It shouldn't be so difficult to create a remittance advice for a check that you just paid. I want to be able to print a report that includes invoices and amounts paid to a vendor. (The transaction journal used to be the remittance advice) - now that QB online has been updated, I am not able to create a remittance statement for the vendor to apply my payments to the correct invoices.

Add ability to pay remaining balance after partial pay
After partial-paying an invoice, please add a link on the subsequent payment "Success!" page to be able to pay the remaining balance on that invoice. Currently the only options available on that page are "Download receipt" and "Download invoice." The page shows an outstanding balance and that the invoice was partially paid. Please provide the ability to pay the remaining balance.

The receipt says "You Paid...." Who paid?
Add the customer name to the receipt, otherwise the receipt is useless if one must prove payment. It says "You Paid."

Custom Email Messages by Invoice Template
Ability to have custom Email messages for each Invoice template instead of only one email message for all Invoices. The current feature does not allow us to customize the email message for items like past due invoices, special invoice runs, etc. Having this option would allow a better customer experience and also allow a custom message with the payment link directly from QuickBooks.

Average Days to Pay Report
Can we just get a report that gives us our customers average days to pay invoice in full ? We can see the terms but the way that the export works , there is a lot of manual manipulating we have to do in excel to get this data . It is a report that most businesses need on a regular basis.

Make it easier to confirm the checking account number.
Having to hand enter the confirming checking account number
means I cannot copy and paste it. I am a lousy typist.
Or allow my browser to fill it in with a saved number.
I can copy and paste the first number, but have
to hand enter the confirming number.

Card nickname on invoice
Allow a user defined credit card nickname, along with the last 4 digits. This is common nowadays.
