Allow people to add their REAL names, which may include special characters
My government (on my birth certificate) first name is Sha-Ron. It has a hyphen and the "R" is capitalized. It's not Sharon or Sha Ron. I shouldn't have to write another name. There are a lot of people with special characters in their names, as well as businesses. Our names make us who we are.

Immediately withdraw payment when it’s posted.
As soon as the payment is made it should reflect immediately not take up to a week to actually be posted to your bill or account... the process to pay through QuickBooks is very extremely SLOW... if your going to name something “Quick” it should stand up to its name otherwise it’s pointless to go through y’all to pay online... Nothing is Quick about this method of paying online.

include a payment link in pdf invoice
When I save the emailed invoice as a pdf and open it, there doesn't seem to be a clickable link to pay said invoice - the online payment link is only in the email, not the pdf. Since I have to open the pdf to see the invoice details, it would be nice not to have to flip back to the email to pay online. Thank you

Reflect zero balance when paid
It would be helpful if the receipt reflected the discount offered by the vendor. As invoice receipt is issued now, it shows a balance due in the amount of the offered discount.

Same as others...Fix the save payment method problem!!
I tried to save my payment info, but my email is already associated with my own Quicken account. After logging in, it deleted my cc info. It took me 3 times to pay the invoice with the same cc and I was unable to save it for future use. Really dumb for a financial tech firm.

Sync to Payee's QBO as Bill & Payment
As a business, logged-in to my QBO account, when I pay an invoice from a vendor, I would like it to ask me if I'd like this transaction to post an Expense transaction with the invoice # as the reference #. Or record a bill + payment.
