Please make your invoice payment Mac friendly. I could not pay with Safari. Also, there are so many suggestions and complaints about not user friendly. But none of them have been answered. Does anyone read them?

Mac compatibility is needed
My laptop is a Mac, and when I tried to make my payment it would never seem to go through. Ever. I don't have much access to any windows products, so it's very inconvenient to have to borrow someone else's computer for me to make payment.

Not allowing copy-paste for account numbers is an anti-pattern. Don't be stupid and force us to make data entry errors.
Allow copy-paste to avoid data entry errors. This is computing 101. Disabling copy-paste is:
a) a barrier to accessibility,
b) a source of data quality issues
c) antisocial and anti-consumerI will not use your service again until this idiocy is fixed.

Add Memo Line
Add a payment memo line for the payor (and payee). So I can notate "June 2022 service"; "July 2022 service"

Automatically add a fee for credit card payments
The user (seller) should be able to select an option to charge a selectable fee for customers who choose to pay with credit card so that the seller can recover merchant processing fees if they choose to do so. I would like to have it setup so that if I send an invoice and they pay with a check or ACH there is no fee but if they pay with a credit card, there is a 3% fee automatically added to their total.

I think you are CRAZY to disable PASTE for the account number. IT IS FAR MORE LIKELY TO MAKE A TYPING MISTAKE THAN A PASTING MISTAKE

allow cut and paste of the customers account # in the confirmation box
allow cut and paste of the customers account # in the confirmation box
The most secure way to enter this info is cut and paste the original and then the confirmation. If they don't cut and past the original then you might restrict the confirmation number. Otherwise just wasting customers time as they have to enter it manually looking at the other that is already pasted in.9 votes
