Allow payment via Direct Deposit - no fees!
I pay contractors through my payroll system and would like to be able to use direct deposit. Money goes from my account to yours. It's fast, your payment is guaranteed once the invoice or, even better a regular weekly amount is entered is entered, and there are no fees!

When paying a partial amount, give me an immediate way to pay again.
You allow partial payment, which is awesome. It's not immediately clear how to do it, which could be improved.
However, once a partial payment is made, immediately give me an option to pay more with a different payment type.2 votes -

payee should be able to make a note!!! SO MANY REQUESTS!
Payee should be able to make a note that prints on the invoice at time of payment. This is basic stuff. Your competition does this.

auto pay!!!! I've left 4 messages on this, and you don't call me back.
Your customers deserve a break from late fees. Some of us have 20-year-old email accounts. When all bills are on autopay, it's hard to remember yours.

Payment "Success" page
Also show the Invoice# and date paid, not just the date due and amount paid.

This invoice is quarterly, but auto-pay is only offered for an annual payment. C'mon, man.
Unusable for quarterly payments. This is so basic it's hard to believe it's missing.

Can you absolutely add a tip option to the invoice.
I have a catering business and I believe this is super unprofessional not to have a tip option for the client. Can you please add this feature? I can't even imagine how many clients you lose because of a simple box being added to the invoice.

Auto Pay Date Option
When I choose to set up an automatic payment, Quickbooks defaults to a payment date of 3 days before the due date. I would like the option to be able to choose that recurring payment date for myself. In my current case, the payments are technically due on the 1st of the month, but the vendor sets the invoice due date as the 5th of the month to allow for a grace period. I would like to have my payments automatically sent before the 1st of the month, but am not given this option.

Money on the Way emails should have itemized list and not just total
When you receive a "Money on the Way" email, it should have an itemized list of your deposit and not just the total so you can track where it is from easier

A user account login and payment portal on your website would be nice. Currently, my wife gets the invoice in her email and forwards it to me. This is a hassle when I sit down to pay the bills. Would be nice to have an account login on the website that shows invoice/payment history with a payment portal so I can just login every month and pay the bill without the whole email fiasco.

Thank you for your services, I will be moving July 1rst and will no longer need your services Your landscapers were here today for literally 5 minutes and did not finish lawn. I received a $65 fine from my HOA because weeds are everywhere despite my asking Landscapers seem not to know about our agreement are are different people each time. I sent you$70 payment for last month. Your services were great at the beginning but declined with each month. Both sides of house were not mowed.

When paying on the 5th at 11:42 pm the receipt should read PAID on the 5th not the 6th.
I scheduled a payment on 8/5/2022 at 11:42 pm. The receipt read payment was received on 8/6/2022. That was incorrect. It was not the next day yet.

automatic debit
have it automatically debited from checking account or credit card. That way payment would never be late.
