Don't make debit the default
Not sure if it will go through right, but after I clicked submit, I realized the form was set to debit instead of credit. Why did it let me click submit, when my card isn't a debit card?

Avoid double emails by allowing one invoice email from merchant with invoice link
The merchant sent me a pre-email saying "look for Intuit ecommerce email with payment link". That is redundant. The email from the merchant should include both the invoice and the payment link.

Name downloadable PDFs of invoices and receipts.
Instead of a receipt named receipt.pdf it should be MerchantName_receipt.pdf. Same with Invoices.

Better Name Files
When I download a receipt or invoice - put the name of the company I just paid in the file name of the receipt or invoice. I have 'receipt (29)' for example in my download folder...would make life so much easier if it said 'Company (I just paid)-receipt' and the same with Invoices I download. Instead of just Invoice 1094 - why not Company (I need to pay) Invoice 1094

Let people know when you take away their Autopay
I used to have autopay and now I'm a month late on my bill. Would be nice to let people know if you take away a service they are depending on to have their bills paid on time.

Multicurrency payments & charges
We work with a lot of suppliers and clients around the world and we use different currencies with them and it is very impractical to not have the option of using multi-currency payments and charges. To be honest, I don't understand why you don't have this option considering that nowadays virtual businesses demand the use of various currencies.

You could require an answer to "Debit" or "Credit" before filling in card info.
The form resets when a user switches card type – "debit" or "credit". Then they have to re-enter info. You could require a "debit" or "credit" choice prior to card info so that an oversight mistake is less likely.

Given the ability to simply submit quick link by text message could also be helpful
I think pay my tax would be a great idea in the event someone doesn’t have access to an email account or whatever the case maybe they can simply open the text message click on the link that’s in the text message and follow the instructions and simply make payments or they could do it by text reply

Subtract what has already been paid from the total!!!!
Your receipt makes it look like I never paid the first half of the total. Once paid in full, it should say: PAID IN FULL

Print a Bill Payment Stub
After paying bills, allow us to print a "Bill Payment Stub" that looks identical to the one on desktop. It includes the vendor name and address (ready to go into an envelop w/ a window), the date, the invoice # you are paying, the amount of each invoice, the total of the check and check #. I'm dumbfounded this isn't an option!

Maybe have someone actually pick up a paper check???? I don't like doing banking online, but I don't want to mail a check this large....
I prefer to write checks, and a check this large should not be left to the mail. Someone showing up at the jobsite, say on the first morning, and picking up the check would be nice. Not everyone wants to do banking on line. And customer service is just that....a service to the customer. I did send mine through your 'quickbooks' with much hesitation. Only because I won't have time to show up at your mailing address with it before the work starts. I handed the first check to a person, and I hope to send the last check to…
