This is a business checking account & I was only given the option to enter First & Last Name. Would be good to have one space for Business Name.

I am NEVER able to simply pay my bill without reentering my routing and account numbers EVERY TIME!
I don't have a solution--I simply need to know what I'm not doing or what I'm doing wrong which prevents my being able to pay my bill through my checking account each time WITHOUT having to re-enter my routing number and my account number every time. It does not allow me to click on the little "save" box, and when I do the "or sign in," even though I've already signed in, I always get the message, "Hmm, that didn't seem to work."

Payment method is not secure
PLEASE USE IN THE FUTUR A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD ! This is madness, any company employee could use my card info ! Also Pay pal would be a good idea.
Also, your 20$ charge for shipping to FRANCE could be mentionned on the invoice.
I see many dissatisfied customers on your payment methods, maybe it would be time to listen to us all ?

Put what dates this payment is for.
Add DATES that payment is for. Ex: June 1-June 30, 2017. I never know which billing cycle I am on.

Recurring payment on due date

Include last digits of of bank account in receipt
Web page shows last 4 digits of bank account when I pay a bill, but receipt no longer does this. Please put back the last 4 digits of the bank account in the receipt, so I can keep track of which account I used to pay my bill.

Allow me to copy and paste at least one of the account number fields
Since I use a secure password manager, it would be nice to be able to cut and paste one of the two account number fields.

Support pasting into payment page
It's extremely unfriendly to disable pasting into the Verify Bank Account Number field of your payment page. If I copy and paste that value, how it is better to force me to copy the number by hand, rather than paste it in?!?!?
