Pay invoice using multiple cards
Add the ability for customers to pay online invoices using multiple payment methods. Meaning, a single invoice can be split using several different credit/debit cards and even ACH.

Receipt with information from invoice
Print the receipt with additional information pulled from the invoice fields 'Customer' and 'Description' so payee can identify what it paid for. Including 'Invoice date' and 'Due date' fields would also help.

Whenever I click “save info” for future payment, info does not save and page clears and I have to input all info again

Send a payment due reminder closer to due date, not a month in advance.
Send the payment due reminder 3-7 days before the due date. Don't send the payment reminder 30 days prior to the due date--this makes it too easy to forget, especially since the reminder shows up as a minor email. When you have a small business, emails like this easily get lost within the sea of hundreds of other emails that you receive.

Print the invoice number paid in memo description so vendor knows what is being paid
Print the vendor's invoice number being paid in the memo description. It's been entered as a bill in A/P!!!!!

Custom Form Styles / Custom Invoice Templates in DOCX
Existing invoice templates look basic and have very limited customisation options, which doesn’t allow us to create beautifully designed documents. I personally find it super important for our brand to stand out from the competition. We currently use Xero and they support DOCX templates, but we consider switching to QuickBooks because it integrates with our CRM system.
I found that Custom Invoice Templates were previously available via QuickBooks Labs and for some reason they have been disabled for new accounts since 06/09/2021.
Please bring this feature back. Ideally, it should be available not only for Invoices but for Quotes, Statements…23 votes -

Can you make it easier (more streamlined) to see (and print) the invoice once it's paid? Or at least include the invoice no on the receipt.

On invoice put dates of service
you post the day that it's due, but you don't post the dates of service on the invoice.
