Allow for annual vs. monthly payments
The company I'm paying offers a one month discount if you pay annually. Add a way for them to show me the option to pay annually if I want to so that I can get the annual pre-pay discount. All I can pay right now is the monthly amount.

Was not compatible with virtual CC
invoice from CPA was not compatible with virtual cards from capital one, as the payment / invoice generation site were different.
"Your IN TAX ADVISORS OF CA purchase was declined because you used a virtual card number (…**) you created for Intuit. Each virtual card number is designed to work with only one merchant."

Higher Limit on Wire transactions
The reason I use Wire/ACH is for large transactions. I don't quite know where you came up with the $49.999 limit but customers can request more and you just have to break it into multiple payments which really serves no purpose.

Autopay but with the ability to split. So I can automatically pay half and my roommate pay the other half
Autopay but with the ability to autopay a portion of the bill. I have a roommate and we have to each time pay manually since if we set up autopay I cannot contribute to it

Allow for debit or credit card payment
It would be great if we can schedule a payment each month because many of us hardly use checks anymore and if we do we never have them with us. Yes, I can write down those bank account numbers and ABA numbers in my phone which I will probably do now but it’s just easier if we could do auto pay or debit card to pay.

Allow an option to pay total account balance on any invoice received
When we click "view & pay invoice" our total account balance should show somewhere and we should have an option to pay the full amount rather than having to pay each individual invoice.

Another Description Text Field to Products and Services
Add another "Full Description" field to Products and Services that can store more complete item description. Often, the full description can span several paragraphs. This is unwieldy because the current "Description" field is used in the Invoices. This allows to re-purpose (and potentially rename) the existing "Description" field and "Purchasing information" field as short-hand fields shown on Invoices and Purchase Orders respectively.

Add a note to omit any "period" in the Name field
Near the data entry field for the cardholder's "Name", include a note to omit any "period" (such as follows an initial in the cardholder's name), even when that "period" actually appears on the card itself.
(Maybe just something like: "Alpha characters ONLY, punctuation characters not permissible.")
