Include the correct address of the house
When sending the invoice, though the names of the individuals in the house helped locate the correct house, it would be ideal if you could include the correct address for each invoice. 27th Avenue is only one of many Block homes. Please call if you need clarification - 718-906-5418.

Actually debit the money paid in less than 7 days.
When I was set up for auto pay, it took over 20 days for the amount to be debited. This is not helpful for the consumers cash flow

cc email address populates on invoice made from estimate
Currently on an estimate, you can add "to" and "cc" email addresses and create an invoice from the estimate. Everything copies over from the estimate except the "cc" email addresses. Please fix this so cc email addresses also transfer into the invoice populated from the estimate if cc addresses are on the estimate. Thank you!

User ID should not be email
I need a business account that is separate from my personal intuit accounts. I only have one email. Why can't I have a non-email user id for my business?

If (rarely) one actually gets the chance to try the save, Quickbooks most times tries to save the receipt as .htm, which fails. On rare occasions, the receipt actually saves as .pdf, which I imagine is working as intended

STOP DEFAULTING TO DEBIT!
What is wrong with you people? Defaulting to DEBIT? Maybe for some, but not for most. How about this: You don't default to ANYTHING, thus allowing people to MAKE A CHOICE of their own volition instead of forcing them into the WRONG CHOICE!
Seriously bad programming. Do better.

Custom Email Messages by Invoice Template
Ability to have custom Email messages for each Invoice template instead of only one email message for all Invoices. The current feature does not allow us to customize the email message for items like past due invoices, special invoice runs, etc. Having this option would allow a better customer experience and also allow a custom message with the payment link directly from QuickBooks.

Include member's name
Add a "Member Name" form field. Sometimes the cardholder is not the one paying for membership and is paying for someone else.

Do NOT change the descriptor field based on saved v non saved credit card
Do NOT change the descriptor field based on saved v non saved credit card. When i click save credit card for next use the descriptor changes. My credit card company is monitoring that and allows only one descriptor per payee. When intuit changes this it causes the transaction to decline and i must int without saving. The descriptor when non saved is different and my credit card company saves that and associates with this account.

Lease or buy?
Ok going to pick up the 22 R/T this weekend. Debating whether or not to lease or buy. Lease is cheaper by about 60 a month. Residual in three years is approximately 32500. We basically have full intention of buying the vehicle at the end of the lease but what I'm worried about is the value of it in three years. this market is nuts right now. Think it could potentially be valued lower than the residual? Typically they are around 5 to 6 more than residual from what I've seen. I guess I'd rather keep the payment lower and…

Every 4 weeks auto pay instead of date based
Let auto pay allow you to select payment intervals, such as biweekly or every 4 weeks as opposed to only on the same date every month

Add additional payment methods this is ridiculous
Cmon it’s 2023 we should be able to pay any way necessary including credit cards and PayPal it should be illegal to not offer this as a choice. Stop bullying us into using banks.

Call when an ivoice is late
If the invoice is late please call. This is the only invoice I receive this way and it is easy for to miss. I don't remember seeing another invoice
