  3. This online checkout is garbage. I can't pay on my remaining balance, only the invoice balance.

    I do not pay invoices online. I print a copy of the Statement and attach a check to it. That way I always have a copy of the
    Statement and the Check used to pay it.

  10. Need to print whole Statement to be able to return top of statement with my check
