    This is an idea adopted by the great companies who put customers and the privacy of their info first. It establishes a rep as a strong company of 'our customers are our most important asset.' The current requirement sends the opposite message. Same with requiring emails, names etc. to make comments. In fact, it fairly screams 'we are a cheesy, slime company' vs. ' we're mature pro adults.'
