   Your customer's customer does not have this software, does not intend to buy it (the less so, having experienced it), and does not care to learn how it works. Your customer's customer wants to print the invoice and mail it off with a check. There is no way to print a legible invoice from the PDF downloaded from e-mail. It's about money, not engineering.
