An error occurred while saving the comment I really like this idea because managing mixed revenue streams for niche platforms can get complicated fast, especially when you’re dealing with ads, affiliates, and occasional service-related income. I’ve faced a similar situation with a small content-driven project, and one thing that helped me was creating separate income categories for each revenue source and using rules in QuickBooks to auto-classify recurring transactions. I’d also suggest adding tips about reconciling payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe, since many digital platforms rely on them. Including sample workflows or screenshots from real setups would make this discussion even more practical and useful for other users.
I completely agree with this suggestion. Accessibility is often overlooked until users encounter problems, but it should be considered from the beginning of the design and development process. Many professionals spend hours in QuickBooks every day, so even small improvements to keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and interface clarity could make a noticeable difference.
Another feature I'd like to see is the ability to customize the interface with adjustable font sizes, higher contrast options, and simplified layouts for users who need them. These kinds of personalization settings would make the platform more comfortable to use during long accounting sessions without affecting the experience for other users.
Hopefully the QuickBooks team takes this feedback into account. Improving accessibility doesn't just benefit users with specific needs—it creates a better, more intuitive product for everyone while demonstrating a strong commitment to inclusive software design.
