    Great explanation! Once a company launches its IPO, it’s interesting how pre-IPO shares simply convert into regular listed shares in the investor’s demat account. The lock-in period for promoters and early investors is also an important point, as it helps maintain stability in the stock price right after listing. Investors usually watch the post-IPO performance closely since the market demand and supply start determining the share price.
