    As our company grows, we want to protect our customers’ payment information and reduce unnecessary exposure to sensitive credit card data. We work with virtual assistants and other team members, and we do not want employees or contractors collecting full credit card numbers by phone, text, email, or manually entering them into QuickBooks.
    We want customers to enter and authorize their own payment information directly through a secure QuickBooks link, so our team never sees or handles the full card number. This would improve security, reduce risk for both our customers and our business, and build greater trust with customers as we continue to grow.
