You messaging is not clear. I have an account with you myself and my customers don't get that they can click on the "view invoice" button to make a payment.
It should say something other than "view invoice."
It should say "print invoice or make a payment." Something like that. View is not the action that your Quickbooks customers want taken, they want payment.
As a call to action, this email is horrible and it doesn't work for your customers.
If you won't change it, at least make it so that your customers can change it. I would love for…

The time it takes from invoice is sent and paid until I receive the payment is very long!!
Payments take 5 business days from the date customer pay until I receive it - that is a very long time for small business to get funded

How about non online option?
Cyber security is a big concern. You should have other payment options.

Mail the invoice. In the beginning of the year, I had to call because I didn't receive an email. I did not receive one until today, for the second payment due and it was designated late.
