   It would have been nice to use my debit / credit card to make the payment because the payment is taken from my account right away, as opposed to the personal check account payment which can take a few days.

13. I copy-paste my bank account number. Please just let me do that instead of preventing copy-paste into the "confirm account number" field.

    I wasn't hand typing it in the first place. Why do you make my hand-type it to "confirm"? All that does is add room for error.
