You already know all these requests, make it easy on your clients, before you lose them!
I am sure you are well aware of all these requests, what concerns me is why you just won't go ahead and make it easier on your "current" clients before you lose them, I mean, an individual can't even choose his auto payment date to coincide with his finances, why are you making it so difficult for people to give you,.. their money? And we all would rather have an email receipt, than to search your website for your invoices.

Printed receipt should include last 4 digits of CC used
Printed receipt should include last 4 digits of CC used. Its on the emailed payment receipt but not on the printed receipt. Also the printed version should be attached as a PDF to the email confirmation.

You could create a receipt that isn't a blank pdf document. :-|
When you create a receipt it actually has some helpful information in it, such as how much I paid and what it was paid for.

Better control on qb receipts
After paying invoice, received qb receipt that was totalling blank except for qp header and some formatting lines. Need a quality control to assure all receipts sent are populated with information.

Try sending the invoice to the customer the first time before sending a pay reminder
I was not sent the first invoice before I was sent a reminder to pay the invoice. Also, the invoice was sent BEFORE the work was done. Please send the invoice AFTER the work is completed
