I'd like an app where I can see a history of invoices sent to me, see which haven't been paid, and save my login information (I sead of having to re-sign in to a web browser each month.

Sync invoice due dates as a task in google calendar!! I'd love it if I could add qb invoices to my calendar with a link to the invoice and the payment portal so I don't miss dates.

Put the date you are billing for
I think I was just billed for the day my person canceled due to medical reasons. It would help if it was clear what I am being billed for.

Show all open invoices anytime clicking to pay an individual invoice
Our vendor sends weekly invoices, and times, when person is OOO and misses seeing an email for invoice payment, this would be a great catch to see all unpaid invoices.

Only payment date option was prior to due date. Vendor extended due date for invoice, but no option to pay later in Quickbooks.
Vendor extended due date due to their error, but was not able to schedule payment after the due date for the invoice.

Option to specify deposit % or amount required on invoice for payment
I have had a few clients pay our invoice in full by accident (large amount) using QuickBooks Payments when we only needed an initial deposit. I am coming from square where I was able to specifying 25% or 50%, or even an exact amount needed that shows up as deposit required on the page as soon as they hit the link. Showing the full amount as it is now is dangerous, you rely on them having to TYPE in the correct amount manually after doing math and you don't even allow for copy and paste. At least for now allow…
