I usually pay throug

I usually pay through my QB account but your system didn't recognize the bank acct number when I put it in. I tried to invite them but that was too difficult for them even though they are on QB using your payment system. I just used their payment portal and paid it but it doesn't show up in my QB. Klugyiest problematic system ever created IMO.

    I ran into something similar when paying a vendor invoice. Re-entering the routing and account details worked for me, but it would be much smoother if valid numbers were recognized on the first try.
