There is no link to the invoice at the payment link page so a customer can see what this amount represents by viewing the invoice. You need to fix this quickly. No customer is going to just blindly pay an amount without seeing the invoice. Your QuickBooks business customers create transparent invoices for their own customers and trust QuickBooks to supply these to their customers when they hit "review and send" from their invoice views. This is a part of what they are paying for with their subscriptions to this service. You are not providing the service you are charging subscribers for and then not even telling them when it is broken. They have to find out from their own customers. Total fail, Intuit. Do better.
