Two problems. 1) Although I click the "save my info" toggle, QuickBooks never saves my bank info. So every time I pay a bill, I need to re-enter the bank info. 2) This one is a big problem. The name on my account has a typo unique to QuickBooks. That is, no other accounts have this same typo. Recently, I started receiving marketing mail and email with that very same typo, thus indicating that QuickBooks sold my contact data to marketing firms. Stop doing that.
