I asked them to share a diagram of my irrigation system because I was having a new septic system installed in a house I just purchased and I did not want to mess up the irrigation.. They first denied that they installed it. Then they sent someone out and said there was no diagram. The guy walked around for 10 minutes to give me an idea where the pipes were. They then determined that they had in fact installed it. I then received a bill for $50. I was not given any advance notice that this would be a billable item as I only wanted them to email me the diagram. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and for the bill for a 10 minute walk around the property. I guess they were not interested in retaining me as a customer.
