I have a Hotmail email and can’t receive invoices directly from Quick Books. Instead, vendors have to email me separately from their email accounts. I’ve tried everything I can with the Hotmail account so I wonder if it’s just incompatibility with the Quick Books software? It’s extremely frustrating for me and the vendors.
