The link on the Payment Invoice, which I received on July 23 takes me to another invoice with another link to a payment page. That invoice indicates payment was due on the day the JL crew was at my home. The work described included "Treatment of identify insect." No attempt to identify the insects responsible for damage to the tree was done. No treatment was done. VERY CONFUSING.
