Paying was fine but the $ 399 charge as routine maintenance on an elevator a few years old when you charge $975 for two parts to be installed is to say the least redundant. After owning the previous (Waccamaw ) for 25 years and never any issues, the upkeep of this one is very disappointing. Very dissatisfied.
