I rarely complain, BUT when I made this appt. I gave the make and model and said it was the mower deck belt. THEREFORE, you should of already gotten the belt. Instead you charged me a fee for pickup and travel you took forever then said the belt was never put on right. My son was unaware I had just wrapped it back up there when i saw the problem. My son said this was way easy and never should of taken that long. Next time he said ask me to fix it. to much info but he's in med school and didn't want to bother him. Plus you were late which made him late to school. I have my tractor maintenance yearly and they were so backlogged they referred you. I will be letting them know. needless to say Ill never use or refer you to anyone.
