It looks like a vendor can process an invoice against my bank account at anytime and I will receive a receipt. I am the accountant here and the way we operate is the owner approves all invoices before they get to me for payment. Your new system looks like it is ripe for Fraud! What company allows the vendor to say when they get paid and how much they get paid and then I get a receipt? I believe your Tech Department is not Thinking here. I will never let a vendor use this. I guess now I have to go in after every payment and delete the banking info. In accounting there is a thing called Internal Control and this is not good Internal Control. I would think about your new option.
