Intuit is a terrible system if you are a customer paying a small business like pool service or lawn service. I set up a user login but the only thing that I can see if I log in is my credit card info. There is no history of the invoices that I received or the payments I made. Especially annoying: if I set up a recurring payment I can't just log into Intuit and cancel it, change the payment date or see what went out. I have to use the link for an invoice from a specific vendor to get back to the place where I can maintain the recurring payment. As a result I don't use recurring payments anymore. As a customer, if you have a user id, you should be able to log into your system and find all your records and recurring payments to all your vendors. Do better Intuit!
