Payment links were confusing. It's hard to see multiple invoices. Unclear. As a business that uses QBO to invoice my clients it is more clear to me now why some clients have a difficult time paying invoices. I will see them click the unpaid invoice multiple times but never pay. I thought it was because the bill was too high or they didn't want to pay. No, in reality they were probably just trying to figure out the payment process. Needs to be more streamlined and transparent.
