I was absolutely shocked to suddenly receive a $25 "Web Convenience Charge" to pay an invoice that I was able to pay over the last few years with no charge. I also had received the option to pay on a credit card in the past as well.
As this is effectively increases the price of my service from the vendor on the other end by 18.5%, I am going to work out a play with the vendor to pay outside of the Intuit system and encourage them to utilize other billing options. She is a small buisness and I have limited income and I feel this is highly unfair of Intuit to take advantage through this billing practice. I will also write reviews wherever I can and complain to my members of congress as this is a great example of the "Fleecing of Americans" that the banking and financial institutions have embraced.
