The credit card fee is waived when you pay directly from our bank, as stated on the invoice. You should update your software to reflect that when the entry is paid directly out of our checking account, as it was. Instead it shows 'short paid'. You could add that as part of the seller's profile to adjust the billing and show paid in full.
