information and control is inadequate. I can see that autopay is enabled, but I cannot see from which account that payment will be drawn. There is no date when the autopay was enabled. There is no history where I can see past payments. I am going to cancel the autopay that is currently active because I cannot see where it will be drawn from. I have spoken to Cross Creek but they have less information than I do. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be using it in the future.
