First, I had to ask for this bill two or three times. I wanted to know the amount because I wanted the plumber to return to complete a job that he initiated with having repaired my first request. However, I did not want to have him return without first knowing how much I owed. And I feel I would have been charged another service fee. Not fair. I have been very disappointed with this paying experience based on my two previous repairs where I paid with a check right away following the repair.
