I have NO issue with the merchant; we love them. I have a MAJOR issue with your UNDISCLOSED CONVENIENCE FEE of $25.00. That's an exorbitant, insanely HIGH fee. If I had known that, I would NOT have paid electronically; I would have just written them a check & dropped it off at their office or mailed it to them. When I contacted the office manager, she told me that they had NOT included any fees at all; that $25 was just from Intuit. NOT happy at all; Intuit QB is not being transparent with their fees; isn't that illegal??
