Very difficult to sign in. Despite my having a username and password set up, it requires a 2FA text to pay. For some reason the 2FA texts usually fail. I also did not receive a phone call. So, rather than being able to log in, I had to re-key all of my financial information.
This is not a security upgrade. There is no need for 2FA to simply make a payment. So long as my banking information isn't made visible, what is the benefit of 2FA? To prevent an unauthorized person from paying a bill for me? That is not a problem that needs to be solved.
So... instead of this being an easy bill-pay experience, it's difficult and frustrating. Every time.
I also use Quickbooks to run my business and I always appreciate seeing this difficult experience from the customer perspective. It keeps me from using electronic payments via Quickbooks. I don't want to inflict that pain on my clients.
