Oceancrest took over from Excellence in water, with whom we've worked for 30 years. I would like to have the payments with Oceancrest be through auto payment but Intuit refused because I have another account . Moreover, I live in Switzerland and although I have a US phone, I did not receive either the verification code or phone call on it . Is there no way for those of us who spend many months abroad to set up an automatic account?
