ACH payment: We're a property management company (R & L Property Management LLC). Attempted multiple times to pay the invoice only to get an error code asking for a valid name. Took about a half dozen tries to figure out YOU DON'T WANT AMPERSANDS! Would have been helpful to know that upfront!
