This is RIDICULOUS. I am disgusted, at your new billing procedures. I am disgusted, at the number of phone calls it takes to get a return phone call from your billing department. More than a week, is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I plan to share my terrible experience far and wide. Your business has blown it - big time. Customer Service is no help. I am shopping for a legitimate, and ethical business, right now. Disgusting.
