The interface is clunky and a LARGE PITA to use.
Why do I have to login before I open my invoice to pay it?
I have an account with a username, password, and MFA on it.
When I cllick on the link it should prompt me to login NOT prompt me to enter a cc number I already have saved.
I have to first login then go back to the invoice and open the invoice. This is STUPID and a WASTE of time. Why anyone would use this service is beyond me. You people SUCK!!
