After paying an invoice online and you proceed to the "Success!" screen, there is a link to download the invoice. When you do so, that invoice still shows a "Balance" rather than showing a payment has been applied. We are required to upload itemized invoices/receipts for purchasing and would be hugely helpful to have a completed invoice.
