This pertains to all payments generally. Include the last 4 of the bank account and the confirmation code on your receipts please. I have had multiple vendors claim that money never hit their accounts despite me having a receipt showing I paid. It is very hard to prove a negative when a merchant claims they were not paid and my receipt has no way of confirming which bank account/credit card I paid with.
