"Tips NEW Show this business your appreciation with an optional tip." What does that mean? Will the company owner get the tip?? Will the worker/service provider who actually provided the service receive this tip? I hesitated to tip because it isn't clear who is receiving the tip. I went ahead and did but am left wondering. There should be a line clariying whether the staff performing the service will or will not receive the gratuity. No one wants to tip a "business" we want to tip the people that served us.
