1. It would be helpf
- It would be helpful if you the Receipt indicated the Invoice # (or multiple #'s) that is/are being paid with this online/Credit card payment.
- Have you looked and seen what the formatting of the receipt actually looks like? It is terrible. All the information is squished in a 2 inch column in the middle of the page. Quick - get the QBk IT guys to stretch out the margins so this looks like a proper receipt. Right now the credit card # is a "wrapped text" and it takes 3 lines to print out the 12 characters of the c/card. It should at least look like: "Amex***1111" -- instead it prints like this on 3 lines: Amex ***111 1 I type all this with no confidence that QBks will even read it let alsone admit that maybe something could be improved. My experience has been it's done QBks' way and thats it. Stubbornly, myopic. David
