I recently hired MCE to service my mini excavator, and I was extremely disappointed with their pricing and lack of transparency. They charged $175 per hour just for ordering parts—something that should be a basic part of the service. On top of that, they billed me another $175 for travel time, which was never discussed in advance. I will not do business with this company again and I do recommend them for anyone!
